Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing a subscription from Team ESP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Device & Platform Compatibility

Team ESP provides subscription-based access for PUBG Mobile across multiple platforms. Unlike providers who only support PC, our service is built specifically for mobile users:

• Android — both rooted and non-rooted devices are supported, with setup instructions provided for each.
• iOS — both jailbroken and non-jailbroken (stock) iPhones are supported.
• Compatibility may vary by device model, OS version, and PUBG Mobile game version. We recommend contacting support before purchase if you're unsure your device is supported.

Orders & Activation

All orders are processed manually after payment confirmation. Once you submit an order, you must complete payment via one of our listed methods and send proof of payment through WhatsApp or Telegram along with your Order ID. Subscriptions are typically activated within 1–5 minutes of confirmed payment, though delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or platform updates.

Account Safety

We design our service with account safety as a priority and never request your PUBG account password or login credentials. However, the use of any third-party tool with an online multiplayer game inherently carries some risk of action by the game publisher. By purchasing our service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Prohibited Use

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing your subscription access with others without authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our tools or services.
• Using our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regional laws.
• Submitting false or fraudulent payment proof.

Limitation of Liability

Team ESP is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to account suspension by third-party platforms, device issues, or loss of data.
