Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our subscriptions provide instant digital access that is delivered and activated within minutes of payment. Because this access cannot be "returned" once granted, and because of the risk of abuse with digital goods, we operate on a strict no-refund basis — similar to standard practice across the digital subscription and gaming industry.

Exceptions — When We Will Help

While we don't issue cash refunds, we will make it right in the following situations:

• Non-delivery: if you paid but did not receive your subscription within a reasonable time after sending proof of payment, contact us — we will activate it or issue a credit toward a future order.
• Device incompatibility discovered before activation: if your specific Android (rooted/non-rooted) or iOS (jailbroken/non-jailbroken) device is confirmed incompatible before we activate your subscription, we will offer a credit or alternative plan.
• Duplicate payment: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded or credited.

Compatibility Responsibility

Because we support a wide range of devices — Android rooted and non-rooted, iOS jailbroken and non-jailbroken — we strongly recommend confirming compatibility with our support team via WhatsApp or Telegram before purchasing if you're unsure about your specific device or OS version.

How to Request Support

If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your Order ID and a description of the issue within 24 hours of purchase. Our team reviews each case individually.
